The Trick or Treat slot has many features similar to other traditional slots created by the developers at Microgaming such as Sand Storm. Using similar interfaces, paytables, sounds and animations can seem a little 'lazy' but once you take a closer look, you soon realise that the inclusion of these aspects are because they are successful, established parts to other slots that the creators knew couldn't fail if they were reused in another game! The icons upon the reels vary from the traditional BARS to the more relevant creepy bats and ghoulish pumpkin-heads. This pumpkin head is also the icon that will drop you the best prizes; spin three across the first, second or third payline will drop you 1,000, 2,000 or 4,000 coins respectively. The images are a brilliant mixture of creative humour with a hint of menace to emphasise the theme. The sounds too are used to greatly enhance your experience.

Trick or Treat is leaning definitely more towards the 'treat' aspect of its title.
