Aladdin's Wishes

Review

Aladdin's Wishes is a superbly produced slot from RTG. The slot concentrates on the pure game with the reels taking up the majority of the screen. The sounds are extremely fitting using fanfares and musical motifs accompany winning combos, free spins and the bonus game. The animations too are extremely effective whether it is the reels spinning or the special icons showing off their cut-sequences after a win. The main icons on show are Aladdin, his pet monkey, the lamp, the princess, and the genie to name a few, all heavily influenced by the 90s Disney film, Aladdin. There are far too many features in this slot to be able to go into too much detail. Suffice to say they are all great fun and highly rewarding. The random progressive jackpot that can drop at any point is a real highlight...especially as you cannot miss the large ticker just above the reels.

Wild Symbol

Aladdin is the wild symbol. Though he only appears on reels 2, 3 and 4 he can substitute himself for all icons except the magic lamps. Spin him and watch him substitute into other icons to help produce winning icons. Whenever he is used in a winning line the prize is automatically doubled. Use him in conjunction with the princess icon. Five of the princess icons across an active payline will drop a 5,000 award yet using him at least once in the combo will reward you with a 10,000 award!

Scatter Symbol

The magical lamp is the scatter symbol. Spin two across the reels (not necessarily along one payline) to multiply your total spin bet by two as your prize. Spin any more across the reels (left to right) and you will be sent along to the feature.

Bonus Round

Spin three or more scatter icons and you will be taken to a treasure room with five lamps to choose from. Depending on how many scatter icons you have revealed that is how many lamps you can choose. Choose the lamps and you will more than likely get cash prizes that are multipliers of your triggering bet. However choose the magical lamp and you will get 25 free games where all won prizes are automatically doubled.
