Jackpot Jones is relatively new on the scene compared to other online casinos which have established themselves and their brands over the past decade, sometimes even longer. But, one unique selling point of Jackpot Jones is that it’s primarily slot focused, so if you’re a slots-lover like us, then this is a good website to try out. The selection of slots isn’t the largest we’ve ever seen but Jackpot Jones and his pirate ship do make up for that in the quality of slot games offered – probably something to do with the impressive list of software developers involved.

Slots Selection and Software

As we’ve said, Jackpot Jones was set up with a slot focus in mind, so the slots selection is much better than the table games on offer. There’s a wide selection of classic slots, video slots and progressive slots to choose from plus an impressive cohort of software providers designing them. Some of these are famous in the industry including Microgaming, NetEnt and Coregaming.

A few of our all-time favorite classic slots are featured like Siberian Storm, Worms Reloaded, Starburst, Gem Rocks, Golden Temple and Cleopatra.

Video slots wise, you’ll find all the typical names you’d expect as well as some exciting new games we hadn’t seen before. Keep an eye out for Snow Leopard, Da Vinci Diamonds and Pharoah’s Fortune, we had an absolute blast playing them.

Progressive Slots

Considering Jackpot Jones is powered and backed by Nektan Gaming, it was surprising not to see more progressive slots on offer. Most of the progressive options are powered by BluePrint software developers and IGT, with little activity from the other providers. Some of our favorite progressive options which did exist on the site were Megajackpots and Genie Jackpots.

Other Games

As we said at the start of our review, Jackpot Jones was specifically set up with more of a slot focus in mind and this initial aim is reflected in the amount of table games on offer. We couldn’t really believe it, but there are only two options to choose from – either roulette or blackjack. These games were good quality though, designed by Core Gaming.

This apparent dearth of table games is also the same in the Live Casino section. Only two live games are on offer, no surprises here – blackjack and roulette! One positive thing we did notice was the quality of the live games on offer – Extreme Gaming did an impressive job providing quality when there was little quantity.

Mobile Casino

This is where Jackpot Jones really started proving itself amongst bigger names. The mobile website supports iOS and Android software brilliantly – we hardly noticed a difference in the playing experience between the desktop and the mobile. Another goodie, was the amount of games available on the mobile site – almost 100% of games show up on both.

Jackpot Jones was set up in December 2016 with slots and smartphones in mind, as the creators welcomed the new age of online casinos – playing on the go with your iPhone or Android phone. This is reflected a lot in the mobile experience which was lots of joy and had us hooked for hours. The only downside is there isn’t an application you can download just yet, which would’ve made the experience even more mobile friendly.

A lot of customers were very happy with Jackpot Jones’ response time to complaints, with most reports averaging in at under 24 hours. This was a breath of fresh air to us – some online casinos lag and can take up to one week to get back to you.

When you’re playing with your hard-earned cash, it’s nice to see a company who get back to you promptly should there be an issue. Shoot Jackpot Jones an ‘Ahoy’ and see how quickly he gets back to you!

We were a bit disappointed by the overall length of the withdrawal process – some of our cash took a week to appear. This is significantly slower than a lot of other options out there which would free up our £££ in minutes or in 24 hours.

Deposits are completely free unless you use Boku which is levied by a 15% administration fee – it’s unclear if this is set by the casino or by Boku itself. All other deposit methods are free and appeared instantly in our online accounts – we used the typical methods of Visa, Mastercard, Paypal etc

You can use the same methods to make your withdrawal as you did your deposits, but as we’ve said, don’t expect the money to appear quickly.

For slot aficionados – this is the place for you. Hop aboard Jackpot Jones’ captain ship and enjoy some 200 brilliantly-developed games. If you’re a fan of table games, there are two classics to sink your teeth into as well. For a new website, we’re giving some allowances and overall are pretty impressed!
